The City of Angeles in Pampanga has been known to be the entertainment capital of Central Luzon owing to the numerous scenic and tourist spots to visit in the province of Pampanga. Bayanihan Park is not just a park but also serves as a mini amusement park as well which is designed ideally for sports and different recreational activities. Among the facilities found at Bayanihan Park include basketball court, volleyball court, huge runway for jogging and a space for holding other recreational activities.
Bayanihan Park is also a significant site where the famous and historical Salakot Arch is located and the famous Lovapalooza by Close Up (a toothpaste manufacturer) was held which was documented for nationwide viewing.
The Bayanihan Park has become a famous place for holding significant occasions such as bazaars, religious ceremonies, carnival fairs, political rallies and numerous events. A part of the Bayanihan Park has been allocated for jeepney terminal going to Balibago, Angeles. Bayanihan Park has become an extension portal of the tourist attractions that Angeles City is very proud of.
