Systems Plus College Foundation is a private, non-sectarian educational institution located in Santa Isabel Building, Balibago, Angeles City.
It was established on June 27, 1985 with five incorporators. Originally, Systems Plus, Inc. (SPI) was designed for conducting seminars for people who are interested in entering electronic data processing jobs such as programming, encoding, and systems analysis.
July 7, 1985 marked the date when SPI started their tutorial courses for students as well as professionals. It is likewise recognized as the school's founding anniversary.
As time went on, Systems Plus, Inc. achieved growth in the number of enrollees. In June 1987, SPI opened its associate courses and eventually bachelor's and graduate degree courses.
The growth of SPI was outstanding. In 1989, two new campuses were opened. The first one in Cubao, Quezon City and the other in Miranda, Angeles City.
By the year 1990-1991, the number of enrollees in SPI increased to 1,215. In 1997, a new campus which offered basic education was opened in Caloocan City. A few years later, another campus in San Fernando, Pampanga was added to the SPCC family.
